We collect what you give us directly: your name, phone number, the address or location of the work, and whatever you tell us about the job. If you text a photo, we keep it while the job is live so we can quote and plan the work.
Our web host keeps standard server logs, which record things like your IP address, browser, and the pages requested. That is normal hosting activity rather than anything we collect deliberately.
What we do with it
We use it to quote your job, schedule the work, and stay in touch with you about it. That’s the extent of it. We don’t run automated profiling or scoring on anything you send us.
Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We share it only where necessary to run the business — for example with an insurer in the event of a claim — or where the law requires it.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. There is nothing here following you between sites. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives the request for those font files; nothing else about your visit is shared.
If we ever add analytics, this page will be updated before we turn it on.
How long we keep it
Job records are kept as long as needed for business, tax, and insurance purposes. Inquiries that never turn into work are cleared out periodically.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call 706-455-0780 and we’ll deal with it. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under state law.
Children
This site is not aimed at anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
